Cyfield Asphalt Co Ltd was established in 2003 within the framework of the group’s strategy to create new companies, which would take over its individual tasks.

Cyfield Asphalt Co LTD undertook the production and laying down of asphalt concrete. The company has invested in both production and asphalt concrete paving equipment and machinery. Cyfield Asphalt Co LTD has two asphalt concrete production plants in Nicosia and in Parekklisia. The company also has an asphalt emulsion production unit and a cold asphalt concrete production unit.

It is worth noting that in addition to the asphalt concrete production plants, the company has a modern fleet of vehicles and machinery with three asphalt paving teams, two asphalt removal teams and platform trucks for transporting machinery quickly and directly throughout Cyprus.

Today, the company has the ability to undertake the production and placement of up to 1500 tons of asphalt daily. It also specializes in periodic maintenance of motorways during nightime in order not to affect the usual traffic.

Cyfield Asphalt Co LTD is currently the largest asphalt placement company in Cyprus, with a market share of up to 48% and employing experienced staff including civil engineers, foremen, specialized machinery handlers and workers.

COLD ASPHALT Concrete
The cold asphalt concrete is a quick and easy solution for repairing the potholes on the pavement. One of the many advantages of this material is its high durability and readiness to be used directly from the packaging making it the ideal solution for any puddle on any road without the use of any Adhesive asphalt. The application of cold asphalt is done without the use of specialized equipment. It can be done by using a broom and a shovel under any weather conditions.

Another advantage of cold asphalt is its ability not to be detached from the roadway and eroded away from the tyres of the vehicles, since it has good adhesion and blends well with other materials such as cement or iron. Cold asphalt does not show cracks resulting from contraction – expansion, it seals and protects the pavement from corrosion, it is resistant to subsoil salts and it is not affected by dilute solutions of acids and bases. At the same time, it is a harmless material, non-toxic and non-harmful to the health of workers.

This product offers direct delivery to the repaired road surface and can be stored for up to 12 months. The cold asphalt creates a powerful compact product suitable for permanent repairs of potholes and cracks in the pavement.
